Privacy Policy
We collect only what the platform needs to run accounts, contests, community features, moderation, and security. Your phone number is converted to a one-way security hash and is never displayed to members or administrators.
Information we handle
Account names, profile content, uploads, social activity, contest records, feedback tickets, device and page details supplied with bug reports, and a non-reversible contact hash used to prevent duplicate entries.
How it is used
We use this information to operate Cooler's Artstation, enforce community rules, secure accounts, deliver notifications, run contests, respond to support requests, and improve performance. We do not sell personal data.
Visibility and control
Public posts and public profiles can be seen by visitors. Private profiles expose only the chosen display name and avatar. You may request correction or deletion through Feedback; legal, safety, anti-abuse, and contest-integrity records may be retained where necessary.
Storage and service providers
Site data and uploads are stored using the platform's hosting, database, and object-storage providers. Ko-fi sends commission events only when you use that service. Links to Spotify and social platforms are governed by those providers.
Safety
Authorized administrators can access the minimum account and activity information needed to investigate reports. Full phone numbers are never shown in Admin Mode.
